A little bit of self-disclosure…

Hi, I’m E (short for Estefani), a bilingual, first-generation Honduran American therapist based in Miami.

My work is rooted in the belief that relationships are at the center of our well-being, especially the relationship we have with ourselves. The way we think, feel, and move through the world doesn’t happen in isolation. It’s shaped by our upbringing, our culture, our experiences, and the relationships we’ve been part of along the way.

That’s why I’m especially drawn to working with couples and families. There’s something powerful about being able to witness and work through patterns in real time, whether that’s navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or learning how to communicate in a way that actually lands. I also work closely with parents who want to show up more intentionally with their teens, especially when things feel tense, disconnected, or misunderstood.

I care deeply about creating a space that feels human, culturally aware, and inclusive, especially for Latinx communities and Spanish-speaking families who haven’t always had access to spaces that reflect them.

As a person, I bring my full self into the work. I laugh easily, cry easily, and use humor and pop culture more often than I probably should, because sometimes that’s what makes things click. I love to dance, I have a soft spot for a good cheeseburger, and I’m a Miami native who spent several years in New York, a place that still holds a big part of me.

At the end of the day, this work isn’t just about individual change. As you grow, your relationships grow with you. Sometimes they deepen, sometimes they shift, and sometimes they need to be rebuilt.

That’s the work I care about most, and the work I’m honored to be part of.

My Approach

My approach is relational, honest, and grounded. I draw from CBT, EFT, ACT, and the Gottman Method to support deeper awareness, stronger communication, and more meaningful connection. Therapy with me isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level advice, it’s about understanding your patterns and creating shifts that feel real and sustainable.
