A little self disclosure…

Hi, I’m Estefani, most people call me E. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and bilingual mental health therapist offering psychotherapy for adults, couples, and families.

My approach is grounded, relational, and intentional. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy or surface-level work. Instead, I focus on helping you build a deeper, more honest relationship with yourself, one that can hold complexity, accountability, and growth.

This work is both professional and personal to me. I came into therapy through my own experience, and it reshaped how I understand myself, my relationships, and the world around me. That perspective continues to inform how I show up in the room, with care, clarity, and respect for the process.

Clients often experience our work as collaborative and direct. I value presence, emotional depth, and attunement, while also creating space for humor and humanity. Therapy with me is not about perfection, it’s about developing awareness, expanding capacity, and making intentional choices that align with who you are becoming.

My clinical work is informed by relational and family systems approaches, alongside evidence-based practices. I also hold a strong commitment to culturally responsive care. I intentionally create affirming spaces for BIPOC, Latinx, and LGBTQIA+ individuals and relationships, recognizing that our lived experiences are shaped not only by personal history, but by the systems within which we exist.

I offer therapy in both English and Spanish, depending on what feels most natural and supportive.

At its core, my work centers on this: helping you cultivate a relationship with yourself that is more grounded, more aware, and more aligned, so that the way you move through your life and your relationships begins to shift with intention.

Education & Clinical Background:

My academic training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Hunter College in New York and a Master’s in Social Work from Barry University.

I completed my clinical hours across both medical and private practice settings, including work at Baptist Hospital and Monterosso Integrative Services, where I developed a strong foundation in supporting individuals, couples, and families prior to becoming licensed.
